Infectious Diseases Pharmacotherapy Research Program

Location: Long Island University, Brooklyn, NY

Start Date: 7/1/2023

Position overview: 

The Infectious Diseases (ID) Reseach Fellowship at Long Island University (LIU) aims to train the next generation of ID pharmacist researchers. The program focuses on clinically translatable research, including but not limited to pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic (PKPD) optimization and innovative strategies to breakdown bacterial biofilms. The fellow will work collaboratively across disciplines at LIU to address these research needs, including microbiologists, pharmacokineticists, and engineers

This is a 24-month training program, which will recruit one applicant every two years. Interested candidates should reach out for additional information and application details.
