Description:
Learning preferences and engagement strategies vary across generations due to differences in educational methods, technology, and professional values. As healthcare education has evolved from didactic instruction to team-based, active, and competency-based learning, educators and preceptors must adapt their teaching approaches to meet the needs of today's learners. With multiple generations represented in the pharmacy workforce, understanding these differences is essential to effectively engage, teach, and mentor pharmacy learners.
The goal of this session is to equip preceptors and pharmacists with the practical strategies to effectively engage and teach learners across multiple generations within the pharmacy workforce.

Following introductions, the moderator and panelists will engage in discussions while incorporating questions and comments from attendees.
