IDWeek is the joint annual meeting of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA), Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA), the HIV Medicine Association (HIVMA), the Pediatric Infectious Diseases Society (PIDS), and the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP). IDWeek 2023 will be held live and virtually as a hybrid event on October 11-15, 2023 in Boston, MA.

Since 2019, SIDP has participated as an IDWeek partner organization, advocating for and promoting infectious diseases pharmacy practice throughout IDWeek. An SIDP representative is appointed to the official IDWeek Program Committee and contributes to program development and bringing together experts in research and practice to present and network at the annual meeting.
